Installation Notes – CRF50 Front Fender

  1. Remove Stock Fender – Keep original screws for secure fitment.

  2. Position Fender – Align mounting holes; slight adjustments may be needed.

  3. Washers & Spacers – Provided in kit; use original screws.

  4. Wire & Brake Line Adjustment – Ensure wiring and brake hoses have clearance, no tension.

  5. Final Check – Turn handlebars fully left/right and press down suspension to confirm clearance.
