  • Some products may take slightly longer if they require additional handling or are back ordered.

shipping & delivery

  • Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
  • You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

international shipping

  • Orders shipped outside the United States may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. torvexlab is not responsible for these charges — they are the responsibility of the customer.
  • International delivery times vary widely based on destination and customs processing.

carrier delays & transit issues

  • Estimated shipping times are just that — estimates. Delays can happen due to carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or other events outside our control.
  • torvexlab is not liable for shipping delays once a package has been transferred to the carrier.

incorrect address or delivery issues

  • Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

damage during shipping

  • If your order arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging and contact us right away. We will help you open a claim and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

important — chargebacks

  • Do not initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company without contacting us first.
  • Chargebacks delay resolution and can negatively impact our business.
