TorvexLab Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy


1. Sale Final / Custom Parts

All custom, modified, or personalized parts are final sale.
This includes but is not limited to:

  • Custom motor covers
  • Branded or personalized components
  • Modified throttle kits or wraps

These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.


2. Return Window for Standard Items

Standard, non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, if they meet all the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Returns not approved in advance will NOT be accepted.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
  • Contact TorvexLab within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We will provide return instructions or replacement options.

4. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
  • Non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no cost.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipping. Contact torvexlab@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
  • Pre-orders or custom orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
  • Once the item ships, cancellations are not accepted.

6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact torvexlab@gmail.com.
  • Important: Customers must not initiate a chargeback for any fulfilled order without contacting TorvexLab first. Always email torvexlab@gmail.com to resolve any issues. Chargebacks on fulfilled orders may result in forfeiture of the order value. TorvexLab reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks with proof of fulfillment.

7. European Union Orders

  • EU customers have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.
  • Custom or modified parts are excluded from this right.

8. How to Request a Return or Cancellation

  1. Email torvexlab@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or cancellation.
  2. Wait for approval before shipping any items back.
  3. Follow the provided instructions carefully. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

9. Additional Notes

  • Installed parts or altered products are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The most recent version applies to all orders.
