Installation Instructions:

1. Remove Stock Fender – Unscrew the stock fender and keep the original screws.

2. Position CRF50 Fender – Align with the mounting holes; slight adjustments may be required.

3. Washers & Spacers – Use the included washers and original screws. Add extra washers or spacers to prevent pinching wires or brake lines.

4. Wire & Brake Line Adjustment – Route wiring and brake hoses smoothly above or alongside the fender; zip-tie or clip as needed.

5. Final Check – Turn handlebars fully left and right; ensure wires and brake hoses do not pinch. Press down on the suspension to verify clearance.

Important Notes:

• Minor adjustments may be required as this is a universal CRF50-style fender.
